On 1/17/24 Tuesday (late, about 5:30 MDT) I ordered a monitor on eBay that said FedEx shipping. A day later a shipping label was created and the next day it was shipped, a Thursday. You know what? The details of the order and shipper are not important. Basically, it was a $30 monitor and $32 shipping paid by me. It was supposed to be sent FedEx but was sent UPS. I avoid UPS because they deliver at night in my neighborhood.
UPS on this was the seller’s and eBay’s client. They were not provided with an email address by me or eBay (confirmed with rep 1/12). They have no need or right to contact me. Posted below are all the unwanted and harassing email from UPS. I have no account with them. I want them to stop emailing or calling me completely. The harassing emails DO NOT include an opt-out. The communications are arrogant, self-promoting, and inaccurate.
What happened with this package is I was frequently bothered by their bogus delivery email. The driver was late and I refused delivery. Yesterday, in a chat with UPS (included as an attachment also) it was confirmed that the driver chose to mark the delivery as an unsafe theft area and the following day it was deposited at a nearby UPS store and I am ordered to pick it up. He was late, I intercepted him in my driveway (pic attached) and refused the package. He offered to bring him back and I said then it will be late. I said he should have been here earlier and he said “I wish I could have.” I have what I consider suspicious tracking information of UPS saying he was in the area for hours. To summarize, the scheme to possess, reroute, delay, and mischaracterize the failed delivery is a coverup still maintained by UPS.
Second, I would like UPS to never again attempt a delivery after 5PM or in the dark at my address. They, UPS, has been notified numerous times about this by me, and this request has been made, but the behavior continues.
Again, posted below is clear evidence of these scams: the email, the chat transcript (it is as received and I am not sure if it is complete or even usable), confirmation of the delivery truck in the dark taken by me to greet the driver, and confirmation of the package UPS has commandeered at their store.
First, 1) no electronic communications from UPS to Peter C. Pfeiffer, Evergreen, Colorado and 2) No deliveries after business hours or at night.
This is very cool. Filling out a BBB form. It is in, or among, or on the Cloud. It is saved to continue later all by itself.
This really helps to get the 2,000 characters just right. After cutting and pasting and making it fit now I can edit again. Makes me pause and compile all the attachments anyway. Really a chance to get it right.
