We have three inspection processes on record for the address 30545 Roan Drive.
The initial being a midroof inspection on December 23, 2024 where we inspected the tear off of the old roof and the materials and installation of the new roof.
We have a process for a final inspection occurring on January 06, 2025 where the inspection could not be made due to circumstance as follows; “No Access- Occupant waived inspector off from pulling into driveway twice- two attempts , gesturing and appearing irate. Please let an occupant know the roof was scheduled for inspection.”
A third process was documented on January 13,2025 stating that we spoke to the permit holder ( your roofing contractor) letting him know we were unable to perform the inspection in the field on the previous attempt.
The permit holder then stated getting on site would be difficult for the same reason as we had cited on the Jan. 06 and provided a very comprehensive series of photographs that I have attached to this email. I agreed to look at the photos, reserving that a field inspection may still be necessary. Seeing as the photos were thorough and the roofs both shingle and modified bitumen appear to be installed correctly, I felt comfortable closing the permit.
