The floods in Spain were just another news event at the start. Then we saw how it didn’t just dry the next day and get cleaned-up. It didn’t take long for the videos and virtually live views; the personal stories backed-up the neck-high rapids where there were no rivers and the banks and the lagoons flooding where water existed.
