The unavailing attorney mentioned a demand letter. AI would provide the same.
The writer goes to the source and he does not forget the beginning.

6/19/24, first there was an email about the legacy of my parents which he has usurped. No contacts, friends, or family mentioned. Isolation.
Then, “as noted by” is a lie three days later on 6/22/24 and there is no “we.” The trustee is responsible and REP has provided no proof of personal representative or trustee status. In the next paragraph “legitimate” and auditable and reviewable are omitted. In the third paragraph “we” is again utilized.
Then it digresses further in the fourth paragraph. You expect me to provide an account number to you? Via email? Send me a form and a statement. Then, you expect me to open a Vanguard account? Last time I had a Vanguard account they escheated my funds to the state of Colorado. It is inappropriate to promote Vanguard. I am quite sure they have documentation for such a situation. Where is it? Who are you quoting in terms of only these three options? I prefer you provide documents, or a link, for me to do it myself. I do not trust you with personal or financial information.
The writer enjoys. And he or she must be fresh.

Back to the dementia on Friday August 8, 2025. I’ll go back to the very beginning in a bit. I have already waded through half of the hard part. Most of the rest is harassing resending of one-year old email. Then there is the fraudulent financial statement.
The writer dissects. And he or she types:

I have not provided a Social Security number? “As of 6/20/2024 that capital gain for you would be approximately $4,900.0 as the account has increased by approximately $25,000 since the time of death. I do not believe you would pay any taxes on the amount of inheritance but would suggest you consult a tax advisor.”
“The amount of initial distribution for Peter Pfeiffer, as of 6/20/2024, is $226,428.51. As noted above, a holdbck of the Wells Fargo checking account to pay for Estate bill and costs are not included in the initial distribution.
Analyzing includes things not there. There is no explanation of an “initial distribution” in terms of why, how, by whom, etc. The trust document (if confirmed) does not define it. It is not described as required. No account statement(s) or confirmation is provided. Where does the figure come from? No documents, definitions, etc. are provided from Vanguard or any other source. Why is it sent only as an email and only to me (not the other beneficiary); and why is it sent Jennifer Kerr and Tatjana Montoya also?
6/19/24 is also the date that a Petition for Summary Administration Last Will and Testament were filed with the Martin County Probate Court by Ms. Kerr on behalf of REP. The beneficiaries were not notified or sent copies.
The writer gets to choose. He or she selects every word and then and then edits for the best combination. He seeks the best description but more than that his expression. Words that don’t fit ruin that vision. He must be precise.
And the theme must be consistent. This is a story about mental health.
